As someone who moved from the classroom into sales, this really hit home. Curious to hear your take on something, what do you think is the single most impactful “fundamental” a rep should practice daily if they want to raise their skill ceiling the fastest?

My number one would be learning to communicate (both written and oral) in a way that disarms your buyer and signals that you’re an ally not an adversary. That requires mastery of your product value props and the industry you sell into plus the ability to listen and be genuinely curious.
