I also learned I am a chaos muppet + engineer who desires to be an order muppet (as much as I want to fundamentally rebel against that! LOL) + engineer.

I think I have transformed from chaos to order over time as I have added managing people to my responsibilities (it’s way better for my direct reports to have a more general stability in their manager). When I was just managing my own processes, I was definitely more of a chaos agent :-)
