This book was one of the most impactful I've read over the year! Your connections to education are inspiring me to reread the book WITH this specific view. My desire at this point in my life and career is to support educators, not "sell" to them. Thank you for such a timely and meaningful message!
Thank you for the kind words, Krista! There’s an old phrase in sales: “no one likes being sold to, but everyone likes buying things.” How can we give people an experience that allows them to feel comfortable (or excited even!) buying from us?
THAT is the critical question! And... where my other favorite book comes in... Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara. Have you read that? Might you have already posted about that book?

I have led a PD session for my sales team with that book as the theme but I haven’t written about it (yet) :-)
